Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to exchange an item due to the wrong size, color, or product, please contact us at jo@onlygear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Return & Exchange Process in Jordan

Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address.
3. Inspection
Once the item reaches our facility, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
4. Exchange or Refund
After approval, we will proceed with the exchange or issue the refund.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via CliQ transfer only once the returned item passes our quality inspection.
Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 working hours after the item has been approved.
